Great Investment For Yourself
Sepanjang kita hidup ni, berapa percent from our salary yang kita allocate khas untuk make sure kita sihat sentiasa (ni usaha, Allah yang menentukan. Lagipun mencegah kan lebih baik dari mengubati).....
Some people are taking vitamins, food supplements and all.... bagi yang pening2 sbb body yang dulu macam gitar dah tukar jadi buah pear mula la taking pills, food replacement.... exercise (BAGUS LAH PILIH CARA SIHAT and KURANG KOSNYA)... tapi kalau joint gym membership pun dah RM150/month bersamaan RM1,800 setahun.... belum 2 tahun...3 tahun..... berapa dah...tapi kalau mampu, apa salahnya.......
Bagi yang tak mahu sign-up gym membership and decided nak jogging (bagus sebenarnya), at least nak kena jog 2x seminggu (ya la Isnin-Jumaat kan kerja)...tapi pengalaman jogging yang satu kali je tu buat saya tak ulang kali kedua dah....sebab.....rasa ngeri, jogging sorang diri pagi2 buat kita rasa tak secure bila orang dok pandang2 semacam, terjenguk-jenguk...lagi la kalau tak ramai orang lalu lalang and sekeliling sunyi sepi..... sekali tu je la..... :))
